Job Description
- Review construction plans, coordination drawings from all trades, and specifications.
- Responsible for the management of the document submittals/approvals; exercises judgment and discretion and implements project controls while maintaining quality.
- Responsible for coordination of contracts with client, subcontractors, daily correspondence, and all other project related documents.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines and task allocation.
- Site visits to ensure job foreman have materials, plans, etc. that are needed for seamless insatllation.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction project management or estimating
- NICET certification a + but not required.
- Valid New Jersey Drivers License.
- Must be able to pass drug screening tests.
